Business and Management Skills
The Business and Management Skills course is a 5-day course designed for IT professionals looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of wider business and management issues. This highly interactive course uses a number of training techniques to look at team working and building, motivation skills, communication skills, interviewing techniques and a number of other managerial skills.

Through in-course assessment, including video evidence, successful candidates will be awarded the ISEB Certificate in Business and Management Skills.

Business Relationship Management
Recently updated in the context of the ITILŪ Service Lifecycle, the Business Relationship Management is a 3-day course designed to enhance your skills of working with suppliers in a more efficient manner. The course provides practical guidance to IT professionals who have responsibilities for establishing customer relationships, in order to maintain service levels and optimise the value of IT to the business. The course explores the role of Business Relationship Managers within the ITILŪ Service Lifecycle and shows the relationship to the processes, functions and roles contained within ITIL. The course is equally applicable to in-sourced and out-sourced IT service environments.


Both of these courses have been designed and are taught by Fox IT consultants, who bring real life examples and use their experiences to develop these essential skills.
