ITIL v3 Process Knowledge Base
foxPRISM is now a fully integrated web-based Process Knowledge Base for ITIL v3, including all process flows in easy to follow swim-lane format; all key elements, activities and controls are mapped and defined; organisation roles and responsibilities are clearly defined with RACI Matrices for every process; and we have included a number of templates as well.

The Knowledge Base is developed using basic Microsoft Office products, ensuring that it is easy to implement and maintain, and provides organisations with an "out of the box" set of best practice process models. Many organisations have used foxPRISM as the basis for their ITIL Service Management programme, saving time and money and giving their programme a boost from Day 1. In addition, this version of foxPRISM also contains cross reference to ISO20000 and has additional processes that are covered in ISO20000 and not included within ITIL v3.
