itSMF 2011 Trainer of the Year Award
Mike Baker was awarded Trainer of the Year at the itSMF awards ceremony on Monday 7 November 2011. Mike’s nomination was supported by numerous students all praising his ability to deliver courses with in-depth subject knowledge and enthusiasm, enhancing the learning experience with real life scenarios.
Vice President of itSMF - November 2009
In recognition of his contribution to IT Service Management over the past 30 years, the itSMF has appointed Vernon Lloyd, Fox IT, as Lifetime Vice President. This follows on from Vernon being awarded the itSMF prestigious “Paul Rappaport” IT Service Management Lifetime Achievement award in 2004.

Following Rob Young's award in October, and Gerry McLaughlin and Richard Stone in November, another of Fox IT’s consultancy team, Mike Baker, has been recognised by Microsoft’s Trainer Readiness Operation Team for his high quality delivery of ITIL v3 Foundation training in December 2008.
