Following Rob Young's award in October and Gerry McLaughlin in November, another of Fox IT’s consultancy team, Mike Baker, has been recognised by Microsoft’s Trainer Readiness Operation Team for his high quality delivery of ITIL v3 Foundation training in December 2008.
The team’s quality goal is 4.1 (on a 5 point scale) which Mike far exceeded.
