IT Service Management Consultants

We are looking for outstanding individuals with a proven track record in Service Management to join our highly successful and experienced consultancy & training team.

The selected people will be self-motivated, good team players with practical experience and in-depth knowledge of IT service provision. The individuals will have at least one of the following:

• Previous relevant consultancy experience
• Developed strategic change programmes within their organisation
• Worked as a service architect within a major organisation

The consultants will be required to undertake assignments with Fox IT customers where typical projects include:

• Reviewing current service provision
• Strategic solution design and development
• Managing & advising on service improvement programmes
• Implementing and designing service management processes
• Training clients in the principles and processes of service management
• Interim management
