Preparing for ISO20000
The Preparing for ISO20000 consultancy service will support you in achieving ISO/IEC 20000 certification from the initial vision through assessments, improvements, certification and continuing compliance.
Purpose
The journey to achieving ISO20000 has many steps as shown in the Fox IT Route Map. This consultancy service is designed to support you on this journey always with two aims in mind:
- To achieve ISO20000 certification in a pragmatic cost effective way
- To transfer skills and ensure processes are set up such that this compliance is maintained and benefits are gained

Approach
Fox IT can support an organisation for the whole journey or a customer can join and leave the journey at any time when they have the ability to undertake some stages in-house.
This service will pull in other Fox IT education and consultancy services as appropriate throughout the journey e.g. training courses, foxMAPS ISO20000 compliance assessment, foxPRISM process tool if required.
The first 4 stages from awareness through to business case are often undertaken together. After this stage the remaining work can be quantified and the requirement for Fox IT services can be finalised.
