Help Desk call handling: "Next Call" action does not clear the incident Principal CI field. This can lead to incidents being created with the wrong Principal CI. The attached correction ensures that the incident Principal CI details are cleared when Next Call or a CTI driven new call is received. |
To correct problem RBOX/3502, upgrade Red Box 2.10a PCs with file uchd210a.dll, version 01:00:00. The file version number is recorded as the file's timestamp. Note that the upgrade may only be applied to Red Box 2.10a PCs.
To upgrade each Red Box 2.10a PC, copy the replacement uchd210a.dll into the Red Box directory (by default c:\redbox), overwriting the existing file.
This completes the upgrade; no changes to Red Box licensing are required.
