*        ON DUAL-PROCESSOR TRIMETRA MACHINES

* On dual-processor Trimetra machines, the Nodal OCP
* values returned from VME are out of 100%, whereas the
* policy OCP values are out of 200%.
*
* Whilst this is technically correct, it is misleading on the
* VME Snapshot Overview screen, and causes the System Overhead to
* be negative, and so it is reported as "**"
*
* This amendment corrects this by treating the Nodal OCP values as
* being out of 200%, so that the figures within the Overview screen
* are consistent.
*
* Please apply the amendment using the procedure described in the Software
* Notice issued with the Sceptre software.
* This amendment applies to both SCEPTRE and SCEPTRE-E.
*
