* The ICL year 2000 enabling kit contains version 500.2 of GENLIB
* which does not have versions of the General Library repairs GL15
* and GL16 applied.  These repairs are essential for the normal
* running of all Ultracomp VME products.
*
* Without these repairs applied, the Ultracomp VME Products
* (Helmsman, Sceptre and VCR) will fail with an OPEH dump whenever
* a date is entered that is not in the format yyyy/mm/dd.
*
* As documented in SKE 93697, for GENLIB 500.2 the repairs have
* been replaced by the repairs GL/D/0015 and GL/D/0016.
*
* In order to inhibit the OPEH dump and to allow the Ultracomp VME
* products to function correctly, the new General Library repairs
* GL/D/0015 and GL/D/0016 must be applied after installing the ICL
* year 2000 enabling kit.
