Service Management and Governance Frameworks in Context
Overview
1-day single organisation course
IT Governance and compliance with regulatory requirements are high on the agenda of many IT organisations. The question is how do you go about designing an approach to IT Governance that satisfies the requirements for alignment, control and transparency of IT, but does not impose unnecessary overheads.
There are many IT industry frameworks, standards and best practice guidelines that offer to support IT Governance, but how do they relate to each other, and how can they be combined to enable an approach to IT Governance that is appropriate for your organisation?
