EXIN has withdrawn the ISO20000 Service Quality Management Foundation (SQMF) examination and replaced it by the new ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation examination.

Due to the withdrawal of the SQMF examination, this Service Quality Management Course has now been superseded by the ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation course, leading to the EXIN ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Certificate.
