For the remainder of 2007 at least, the Examination Institutes and Fox IT will be offering the older version of ITIL examinations (Service Management Foundation - based on the processes described in the Service Delivery and Service Support books) for those who would prefer to do this. If your organisation is in the middle of a program of training then you may wish to give all staff a common understanding, so the older version may be more suitable. |
