Fox IT launch update to their process implementation accelerator
Fox IT, a global independent Service Management specialist, has announced a major revision to foxPRISM™, their process implementation support tool.
foxPRISM™ assists in the design and on-going management of Service Management processes and the implementation of Service Management technology, reducing effort by up to 50% hence resulting in lower costs and risks, combined with accelerated and sustained business benefits.
Based on ITIL® best practice processes but also incorporating other related standards and practices, this fully interactive web based process knowledge base was first launched in 2004 and has been regularly updated ever since. It now includes 31 detailed processes, with 150 associated templates and documents.
Version 7 has just been launched and features new ITIL 2011 processes of Strategy Management and Business Relationship Management, as well as a complete refresh of the ISO/IEC 20000:2011 content, including a brand new process that supports the ‘Design and transition of new or changed services’ requirements of this international standard.
Mark Sykes, Principal Consultant at Fox IT said: “This latest release provides yet another step change for assisting organisations to accelerate their process implementation or improvement activities, it’s also a great vehicle for disseminating process information, and can be a significant enabler for those companies seeking ISO/IEC 20000 certification.”
