foxFLOW™ Launch
The Fox IT stand was very busy this year with the launch of our new ITIL® Process Automation Tool foxFLOW™.
With IT budget constraints and demand for more efficient services, Fox provide end to end ITIL process automation to accelerate implementation and enforce ITIL processes. The foxFLOW suite of software and services is a heterogeneous software system that links to all the information silos from BMC, IBM, CA and a myriad of other vendors.

Fox IT were again running our highly successful business simulation workshop, Service Management in Action, at the Conference.
The SMiA is an innovative business simulation event that provides participants with practical, hands-on experience of aligning business and service management best practice, covering ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000 and COBIT®. This session enables participants to experience the benefits of true business and IT integration through formal service management techniques that emphasise the processes, people and tools.
Participants manage their own business and experience for themselves how improved processes and closer integration through better team working, improved communication, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities result in improved business profitability.

- PWCI went to most of the simulation sessions and found Fox IT to be by far the best for getting the full service management message over - others just focused on Incident and Change
Speaking Sessions
Tuesday 11th November from 10:10 to 10:50
Stream - Real People
John Griffiths (Fox IT) was speaking on:
“The People Puzzle - How do you fit all the pieces?”
Synopsis: People talk about good and bad organisational culture. In reality, there are really only different cultures into which we are trying to apply a Service Management culture. This presentation looks at how organisational culture impacts Service Management from both a positive and negative aspect. Predicting the outcome of interactions or team working between various types of people can be a challenge. This presentation seeks to give some pointers to look for in meeting that challenge.
