How the Service works
A questionnaire will be sent to you to gather required information about your business and organisation.
A Fox IT consultant will then visit your site and run a workshop with your management team to analyse this information and produce a report at the end of the workshop showing the main areas where you will get a return on your investments in service improvement projects.
foxROI can also be incorporated within the foxMAPS Assessment Service to illustrate Return on Investment targets as part of your Service Improvement Program.
