Customer Case Study

A prominent global electronics manufacturer was looking to replace their existing collection of service management and service desk tools with just one globally aligned tool. This tool also had to be aligned as closely as possible to both ITIL best practice and their specific business requirements.

The foxSELECT™ service allowed all their globally diverse and distributed stakeholders to collate their tool requirements criteria. Once centralised the proposed solutions could be assessed to determine whether or not they met the specific needs of their stakeholders.

The assessment revealed that none of the proposed solutions was able to meet any of the stakeholders’ requirements sufficiently. Therefore, the procurement project was suspended.
